Enjoy this vegan version of classic tuna salad made with chickpeas. I first tried chickpea "tuna" salad at Cornucopia Health Foods - a wonderful health food store in Sayville, NY. Loved it! So I went to work on my own recipe.
This crust is used for my QUINTESSENTIAL VEGAN QUICHE recipe but works well for a variety of main dish and dessert recipes! Yum and so simple and it's gluten and dairy free!!! Very important for someone like me who cannot make a crust!
