Immune Boosting Tonic Ingredients: 1½ cups water 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with mother) 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp ginger juice* ¼ tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp Manuka honey or a raw, unfiltered honey Instructions: Add ingredients except water to a mug. Pour in 1½ cups of just warm (not hot or boiling) water and stir well.
