In this initial consultation service, we'll examine your current diet, review health and wellness goals and set up the first steps of your dietary plan along with lifestyle recommendations to start your Plate Journey. Prior to your appointment, you will complete and submit an initial consult package. This includes a diet and exercise log and brief medical history. I will also ask you to summarize your goals for our consultation. We start with a 1 hour initial consult that can be done in-person or via video conference. Follow-up consultations are then scheduled to guide you on your Plate Journey. We'll take a step-by-step process to the most optimal diet for your unique self. We will monitor your progress and fine tune your protocol as you move forward. Pricing is for individual consults. Contact me for couples and family pricing.

The Menu Plan service includes a customized weekly menu to accompany your new or existing dietary plan. A menu plan designed specifically for you can assist in accomplishing your goals and in adding variety and flavor to help you stay on track.
Menu plans can include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Recipes are included and your favorite recipes can be worked into the plan as well. Menu plans guide you in creating an optimal diet for weight loss, disease management, navigating food intolerances or just moving forward on your journey towards a healthy diet.
